At MurtzMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal use items (earbuds, headphones, etc.)

  • Products on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
